1. Arroyo Seco Watershed Coordination Program Assistant
The Program Assistant will provide day-to-day support for a variety of ongoing projects in the Arroyo Seco Watershed including a water conservation campaign, source water awareness, outreach to agencies and community organizations, environmental education, a native plant nursery and other activities.
Terms: a six month period, beginning immediately through the end of December 2007. Total compensation is $25 per hour.

2. Arroyo Seco and Brookside Park Best Management Practices Program Assistant
This Program Assistant will conduct tasks related tot the Arroyo Seco and Brookside Park Best Management Practices Program, an environmental restoration program located in Pasadena. The program will utilize an integrated watershed approach to addressing the issues of water quality improvement, habitat restoration, flood management, recreational enhancements, and educational benefits in the Central Arroyo portion of the Arroyo Seco Watershed. This position requires a mix of administrative, educational and outreach experience.
Terms: 30 hours per week, $25 per hour, through August 2008.
