Here's the Latest on the No Big Dig Lawsuit

April, 2016 - Mitchell Tsai and Christina Caro, the lawyers for the Arroyo Seco Foundation and Pasadena Audubon, filed the lawsuit against Los Angeles County Flood Control District's devastating plan to excavate 2.4 million cubic yards of sediment and sand from the Devil's Gate Dam basin in Hahamongna Watershed Park on December 12, 2014, sixteen months ago.

Since then the Flood Control District has been remarkably quiet about its program to scrape clean the basin, even though five years ago they asserted that the sediment management program was a dire emergency. In this candid briefing Attorney Mitchell Tsai reveals what's been going on behind the scenes in the struggle to protect the natural character of Hahamongna.
