Content: | The Arroyo Seco Foundation has long helped restore the purity of water in Pasadena\'s Central Arroyo while also assisting in the surrounding area\'s watershed restoration program and the revitalization of the Los Angeles River. Now the ASF has been rewarded for its efforts alongside landscape architects Lynne Dwyer and Rosa Laveaga with a story in “Landscape Architecture,” the prestigious monthly magazine of the American Society of Landscape Architects. “It\'s great to get national recognition in such a prestigious professional publication for our efforts,” said ASF head Tim Brick in a statement. “ASF takes a great deal of pride in the role we have played in facilitating and stimulating the projects discussed as well as the overall watershed management and restoration program.” The article can be read on the Arroyo Seco Web site at www.arroyoseco.org . |
