Content: | The DSEIR for Rose Bowl improvements is available for review and comment. Written comments must be received by Thursday, February 14. Public comments may be made at the Planning Commission meeting scheduled for Wednesday, January 23 at 6:15 p.m., in City Council chambers room S249. Additional public meetings will be held but have not yet been scheduled. There will be a City Council public hearing following public review.
