Content: | PASADENA -- The Arroyo Seco Master Plan, the Ambassador project, Altrio Communications and the NFL are among the agenda items for Thursday\'s annual meeting of the West Pasadena Residents\' Association. The group meets at the Shakespeare Club, 171 S. Grand Ave. Activities begin at 6:30 p.m. with an exhibit of historical photos of the Arroyo Seco and a design for rebuilding the Rose Bowl as a professional football stadium. Following a short business meeting at 7 p.m., Arroyo Seco Foundation managing director Tim Brick will discuss stream restoration within the arroyo watershed.
