Mayor Tornek To Address Arroyo Vision

Wednesday, April 19, 7:00 pm

Pasadena Central Library
285 E. Walnut St., Pasadena, CA 91101

Pasadena Mayor Terry Tornek will come to the Arroyo Seco Foundation Quarterly Meeting on Wednesday, April 19th to present his views on the key elements of the new vision for the Arroyo Seco that he has recently been advocating.

The Arroyo Seco has long been recognized as Pasadena's most important natural treasure. Now a citizens committee has been formed to helped shape a renewed commitment to the Arroyo. The Mayor will speak about the process for developing a new vision of the future of the Arroyo and what projects, governance and funding approaches are now being considered.

The meeting, which will be held in the Donald Wright Auditorium of Pasadena's Central Library, will also include an update on the recent favorable judicial ruling on the No Big Dig Lawsuit filed by the Arroyo Seco Foundation and Pasasena Audubon to protect Hahamongna Watershed Park in the Arroyo Seco.

The public is invited to attend.
