Cirque is family fun

I want to join you in asking the Cirque du Soleil to come to Pasadena. I saw this great show in Santa Monica and would love to see it again.

An opportunity for young families to see fun entertainment together.

Cirque show is magic

I would like to add a voice for the Cirque du Soleil. Whenever this group shows up on TV, I watch. Each show has more magic than the one before. I cannot think of much I would like better to be able to see in my own back yard.

If the little old bookseller, Dirk Cable, were still with us, he too would be heard from. He loved this group.

Arcadia could host Cirque

Please add me to your list of people that would love to have the Cirque here in our area. May I suggest the Arcadia area?

We have the giant parking facility that adjoins the shopping center and the race track. What a great place to pitch the tent. Plenty of parking, freeway access and large roads used to accommodating thousands on a busy day.

In this economic environment, I am sure Westfield would love to host the event and gain the added income from the rent paid by the troupe. The businesses in the area would love the boost in traffic as well. Just my opinion.

Appalling lack of leadership

It is appalling to lose this wonderful event for Pasadena. Surprising also is the apparent lack of leadership in the neighborhood and community that allowed a small group of people to make the wrong decision for all of us.
