Pasadena didn't want to do an Environmental Impact Report for the so-called Arroyo Seco Water Reuse Project (ASWRP), a project that will degrade two key environmental treasures in the Arroyo Seco. But the San Pascual neighborhood in Los Angeles forced them to do it. Want to now why?
We've been waiting a long time for the draft EIR. Now Pasadena says it's coming in February.
On January 22, 2025, the first working meeting of the participants in the revived Arroyo Seco Ecosystem Restoration Program was held. The Los Angeles County Flood Control District called the meeting together. It included partners from Arroyo Seco cities and stakeholder groups.
