Senate Bill 1126 —

The Upper Los Angeles River and Tributaries Working Group

Senator Anthony Portantino has authored legislation to ensure that the Arroyo Seco is not left out of Los Angeles River planning by state and local agencies. SB 1126 would add the Arroyo Seco specifically to the list of tributaries to be studied by the Upper Los Angeles River and Tributaries Working Group that was established last year.

We urge organizations that are working to improve the Arroyo Seco and its communities to support this important legislation.
