Senator Portantino's Arroyo Seco Bill Moves AheadSenator Anthony Portantino wants to make sure that the Arroyo Seco doesn't get left out of LA River planning, so he introduced legislation to include the Arroyo in the newly-formed Upper Los Angeles River and Tributaries Working Group that was formed by the legislature last year.
