Dam removal: a new option for a new century

The Aspen Institute, a major Washington DC policy institute, has recently released a much-anticipated report from its Dialogue on Dams and Rivers, "Dam Removal: A New Option for a New Century."

This report is the product of a 2-year dialogue hosted by the Aspen Institute between a diverse group of stakeholders that included government agencies, dam owners, dam beneficiaries, and non-governmental organizations.
