Hahamongna Annex Plan Approved

February 2, 2010 - The Pasadena City Coucil has approved the Hahamongna Annex Plan and Initial Study. The plan provides for environmental education center, equestrian facilities, and a bike path on the 30 acre addition to Hahamongna Watershed Park acquired by Pasadena in 2005.

More than 30 speakers raised concerns about a variety of topics include the removal of non-native trees, the threat of a road through the area and the single-use nature of the bike path. An attentive City Council instructed staff to refine the plan to incorporate the concerns of the public into into a revised plan and return in several weeks to the Council for final approval
